SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive to process all orders for in-stock items within 3-5 business days and have a great track record of shipping sooner. Orders placed during sales events and holidays may take longer. Shipping options are USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Ground. All delivery times are based on when your order leaves our facility, not when the item is ordered. If you have a special shipping deadline, please call our office. We will be happy to accommodate your request, if possible. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and method you select during the checkout process.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY:

If you are unsatisfied or end up with a product that's not quite right and wish to send it back for an exchange or refund, please reach out to us in customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RGA number.
If you would like to exchange an item, you can also do that within 30 days from the date of purchase. It must be returned to us in its unworn, original condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges will not be covered).
Should you wish to return an item for a refund, that item must be returned in its unworn, original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (shipping charges will not be refunded).
Please be sure to write the RGA number given to you on your invoice along with the reason for the return or exchange and include it with the return package. Items received without an RGA number will not be accepted.
